Subject: Re: What happened to AS2 & AS3?

Thanks everyone for their comments. I finally got a response from Saab UK which was "the 9-5 SE you ordered will be fitted with an AS2". The wording seems rather cryptic to me - does this mean that they're doing me a favour, or that it is a mistake on their website and they're not admitting it? Hmmm. I have asked our local dealer about the Minidisc question and will advise. As I understand it our local dealer fits Pioneer multichangers and the current thought is that as long as Pioneer do a Minidisc changer then it should be OK. I'll post the response when I get one. Kevin Lee's point about the stereo being part of the deal in the UK is interesting. If you think we're doing well in the UK for spec you want to check out the spec of the US version of the 9-5. 3.0 V6 auto is standard !!
