Then that front plate may pull off easily or you may need a special puller. Do not try to pry it off with screwdrivers. Between the end of the compressor shaft and this plate may be spacer shims. Do not lose any of these. Then you will be able to see the bearing. You may be able to pop the rubber shield off and pack grease into the bearing. Try to get engine oil in behind this seal otherwise.
