Hi Johannes, One of two things. Either the A/C system is overfilled making the compressor overwork or the compressor is beginning to fail inside. Compressor failures on Saab (as with many other cars) are a very common failure because most people tend to leave them on all the time inadvertently.Hopefully this will help.
