Jason, There is a 14mm bolt head with a copper washer which needs to be removed to get to the hex adjusting screw which backs off the piston. This needs to be adjusted upon reassembly to get the parking brake to work right. Look at the townsend site. I get in the habit of looking here before I try any job (even if I have done it before). http://216.78.173.63/brake_folder/rearbrakewebrake.htm Hope this helps, Keith Grider "Jason" <hooligan129nopsamail.com> wrote in message news:3a01829c$0$1592$392904a7nopsam.execpc.com... > Hi all, thx in advance if replying. > > I have a 1989 900 and need to replace the rear rotors and pads. > problem is i took off the calipers and needed to push the piston back > to fit the new pads.
