Try wrapping the tubing around the upper radiator hose. Although it may freeze up initially, once the car is warmed up it will flow pretty well. You may still have ice in the nozzles, if it has stayed really cold where you live. Here in Utah, we have had overnight temps in the teens for the last couple of weeks, but my washers still work on both my '85 and my '92. Hopefully it will have warmed up wherer you are and allow everything to thaw. My problem is that I have a Florida car transplanted to Utah, and unless the passenger compartment is warmed up my wiper/washer switch won't work, and neither will the switch for the passenger side mirror. Go figure.
