I don't know about 900SE, but on my 97 9000 CSE I just unscrewed the bottom protector under the freont bumper (6 or 8 screws), removed it and then fog light bulbs are just easy to access. Took me 15 minutes to unscrew everything, and 2 minutes to replace bulbs. Have fun! Adel.
