There isn't one planned. The new design 9-3 is much more along the lines of the Volkswagen Passat/Audi A4 in terms of design - a bit less wedge shaped in profile. I guess they have gone for a Saloon (Sedan) shape rather than the Combi-Coupe as they want to compete with the likes of BMW : 9-3 series pitched against 3-series Beemer, 9-5 Series pitched against Beemer 5 -series.
