I had it in my 9000CSi 2.3 16V (non-turbo). In it's first years this problem would occur once a week. In the morning, cold, I'd come to a cross road look left and right and see a car coming but still half a mile away. So, I'd drive. And then in the middle of the cross road it would suddenly stall i.e. would keep idling but would not accellerate. I had to take my foot off the gas pedal, wait a few seconds and then slowly, slowly try again. A few times I have just managed to get off the coross road seconds before a big truck would approach, blowing his horn and flashing the lights. The driver must thought I was some kind of a thrill hungry maniak.
