Try to figure out where it's going... on the ground, out the 
exhaust (white smoke), or in the oil (white sludge in your oil). 

The most common reasons is a simple loose hose somewhere. After that, 
it could be the radiator but they are not a popular problem. If not,
you may have a head gasket problem. If you can't find it, have a 
shop pump it up and se if they can find the leak.
