I had a rattle underneath at certain rpms, thought it was the heat shield or a bracket or something else loose. The catalytic converter core actually had begun to break apart from age and I just had all the material inside removed and there's no more rattle. We'll see if it still passes Rhode Island inspection when I bring it in in a couple of days. -jw
