Ok folks - thanks for your previous replies - Paul brought up a good point - how much difference is there in the fuel economy of the 2.0 lpt and the 2.3 lpt? Is it a dramatic difference ? Has anyone here had their car modified by Abbott Racing in Kent >? The have an ECU upgrade which claims to increase power and economy ( not at the same time obviously) Have looked at 2 9000's in the last week, one car looked fab, but the dealer looked dodgy. The other one was 3 years old with 145000 on the clock! I know these cars can take high mileages, but surely the bills on parts other than the engine must be just waiting to happen. Any thoughts?
