Subject: Why can't 88 9000T's pass NOX emissions?



Help!  Two different '88 9000T's have failed their emissions tests for
NOX-ppm.  Catalytic converters were replaced... failed.  New spark plugs
installed... failed.  Compression checked out "ok"... failed.  Does anyone
have any idea as to what's wrong?  And more importantly, does anyone have an
idea as to how get these cars to pass?  Thanks.
