Coolant goes into the header tank, which is located above the left hand wheel arch, near the fuse box. I don't like radiator sealers much, and there's no need to use them in a 900. I do, however, use it in my 9000, because they have weak heater cores. Bars Leaks (Silver) is my preferred brand, but as I said, I wouldn't put it in a 900. > 2) Is there a prefered method for bolting the battery in place (the > original battery has been replaced...)? Battery is held on by a horizontal corner bar running across it, secured to the floor using two long threaded ties (about 8-10"). If you don't have these, it would be a good idea to get some from a salvage car. > 3) Repairing a non-working parking brake...will this cost a fortune? Depends on why they're not working. Probably sticky calipers. Your brakes act on the rear, unlike earlier 900s. I'd take a good look at the calipers, move the levers back and forth, see if they stick. Worst case = rebuilt calipers, discs and pads. Total parts maybe £150-200 ($250-350). Easy sunday morning job.
