And believe me I am very sensitive to rattles. We had a 1997 900 and it was terrible and got rid of it because of squeaks and rattles. Then I had a 1998 Passat; again too many rattles. In live in Detroit and the roads are terrible here. I now have 30,000 miles on the 9-5 and it sounds are good as new. Maybe I am just lucky with this one. My wife's 2000 9-3 SE is better than the 900 was, but still has some rattles. -Doug
