What would make my 9kT produce whistling sound (hear it as you pass unders signs & bridges) at or above 75MPH? I'm not sure if there is any connection, but periodically, I'll get only 1/2 boost. The hooter valve was replaced, it was a slight improvement (i.e. frequency wise) but did not change this problem. I know it needs a new air mass meter, too. Other than that, it runs hard. It has been chipped since almost new, and it is run up over 100 every day. Any thoughts?
