Subject: Saab 9000 -- Idelling probems

I have a 1989 Saab 9000 CD turbo.... 170k miles (automatic) I just reacently replaced my turbo it has always had problems Idelling you kindof have to keep one foot on the gas as you use the breaks! but I have learned to live with that... even though it would be nice to fix that! but recently I have expierienced a new problem when I start it the first time in the morning it drives fine.... if I stop somewhere and then try to restart it... it doesn't want to drive... the engine starts but won't rev and has no power... after a minute or two it is fine and regains it's power.... I have to say the car drives best at speeds between 85-110 mph does anyone know what this could be? does it have something to do with the turbo? the air flow meter or the computer? or something else? thanks,
