If you have a question about a particular dealer you could always post 
it on www.saabnet.com.  They have very active discussion boards.

You might also want to try non-SAAB specific sources, like Checkbook, 
which I know has data on bay area (San Fransico/San Jose/Oakland) car 
repair places, including dealership.  I think they also have data for 
the Washington DC area.  They charge a subscription but I've found them 
to be worth it.
