Please post a picture if the latter solution to the problem is chosen. In our area there has been a lot of agitation about people using cell phones while driving. I think that, at least around here, there might be an adverse reaction to anyone playing bagpipes while driving. Perhaps it might be acceptable in Scotland, although going to Scotland seems a rather extreme solution to excessive noise in a 9000.
