I cut off the window hook of some inexpensive plastic holders found at Advanced Auto and Velcroed one to the space to the left of the passenger air bag and one to the passenger door. I found wide self-adhesive Velcro strips at JoAnn Fabrics. It may not be stylish but they work well. I used the same wide Velcro strip to provide a place to hold a GPS to the top of the dash.
