OK, I just today got the SAAB 900 94-98 Haynes manual I ordered from Amazon.com in the UK (I'm in the US so you may need to hold this up to a mirror :-) 1. With a cold engine, remove the expansion tank filler cap. 2. Remove the engine undershield (if applicable) 3. Remove the radiator drain plug. The drain plug is located on the left-hand side of the radiator.
