We had the 'check coolant level' warning come on. It looks like there is a strong leak at the rear most soft plug. Also noticed what appears to be an oil leak at the rear corner of the head gasket. 1999 9-3 SE w/ 24,000 mi. driven by an 'old lady' (mine). Is it just me or is this car starting to show it's age a little early? Are soft plugs a common failure? We also have had the security module go out and some relay that caused the air-conditioning fan to come on full speed and keep running even when the car was off. Also, the battery in the banana shaped key remote has quit. I've stripped the screw trying to take the thing apart. Will this never end??? Steve 1998 Dodge Neon R/T 60K and going strong.
