Happened to me recently, turned out to be a leaky clutch slave cylinder. The clutch shares the same hydraulic reservoir as the brake system, so if you haven't found a leak in the brake system somewhere it's probably the clutch - either the master, the slave, or the flexi-pipe between the two. You don't say what your car is ... so if it's not a C900 then the above might, of course, be completely irrelevant.
