At age 17, all those components are probably worn and ready for replacement. As you can see from my recent posting about my suspension experience, this can get pricey, so I would follow the advice given to me and try to do it yourself or with a mechanically inclined pal. As for the vibrations, I would suspect your shocks absorbers are no longer absorbing. Get a new set of Boges.
