Subject: Re: 9000 auto tranny questions

I had the same with a Mercedes that a friend owned. He took it to a main agent for a service, and when it came back it was misfiring. He took it back and they said it needed a new cylinder head. He asked me to take a look (I'm not a mechanic) and after I had attached the plug lead that was pushed between the plug and the cylinder head it ran fine! On the Saab front - I realised soon after I got my 9000 2.3 CSE how important plug changes are - the idling and low rev performance is directly linked to the freshness of the plugs - I change mine very frequently now, and use only the recommended plugs.
