Tweeter Etc. wants an extra $45 to install a Panasonic CD player because he said "the 94-98 900S Saabs have a separate radio amplifier either under the dash or in the trunk area, that they have to run a special cable to" (and it will cost $30-$45 extra). I have the stock Saab Clarion radio with cassette, w/ weather band (the analog clock and the SID display is directly above). Are there any Saab radio experts out there that can explain this?
