Please can anyone help me, I have a saab 90 from 1987 one ho i`ve totaly resored to a new car but, after i`ve instaled new sparkplugs and ditributar cap and a new carburetter it has no power above 4000 rpm. Realy it won`t go above 4000 rpm in third fourth and fith gear. The egnition time is set to 23 dgr bdc. at 2000 rpm with the vacum hose disconected. Any idees, thanks in advance Corne.
