The A/C condensor is located in front of the radiator and needs cooling ie generates heat, even when the engine may still be cool. If the unit gets to hot, the computer will bring the fan on to cool it. That has no effect on the engine - the internal thermostat is keeping the coolant in the engine (and not circulating throw the radiator) until the engine is hot, then limiting the flow as need to keep the engine hot. I wouldn't worry much, but you can always as the dealer to check the operation - which they can do using the TechII analyzer. Bob
