Take it to an independent Air-con service, the SAAB dealers tend to want to change th whole system, had my girlfriends 9000T converted about 2 years ago here in Sweden, and a SAAB dealer said they wanted something like 1000 £ and upwards for the job, depending om how much they needed to replace, went to an independent, they charged me 210 £, including leak test, conversion kit and filling.
