I hate to say it, but I think the dealer messed up the head gasket, or the head was warped and they didn't plane it. If you are seeing coolant, then it has to be leaking from a hose, or the head gasket, or a crack in the head or block. If there are no hoses in the area where you see the leak, then we're down to head gasket, head or block. If it's up high on the head, then we're down to head and headgasket. The only other possibility for loss might be the turbo coolant leaking. In any event, the dealer should be able to find it with a pressure test. Insist that they do. Also, insist on an experienced mechanic, they tend to assign the lowest level mechanic who can do the job... and if a car comes back, the same mechanic of flubbed it the first time has to work on it again, and at no pay (so there's no incentive to find out that the head gasket was done wrong.) If you make a little constructive noise, they'll assign a better man to the job. Bob
