I have had to lift up the clutch pedal on my '88 9kt for several weeks. Finally got the time to pull the master cylinder, clean it out (was not scored), reassemble, but can not bleed the system, as the air bubbles just keep coming (so far, I have added over a pint of Castrol b. fluid to the resovoir). The brakes remain strong. What am I doing wrong, what could be wrong? If brakes are good, does that rule out the pump?
