simple, the air conditioner compressor runs when 12vdc is applied, if the fan inside the auto works and the valvegates are open to let the air come in then hook up 12vdc to the clutch on the front of the compressor. this should energize the clutch and it should work. if it doesn't energize the clutch then the clutch is toast. if it does energize the clucth and it doesn't get cool the the system has a gas/mechanical problem. if this works and it won't work otherwise then the electrical problem is with wiring or relays in which case you might get your quidswort to hire the guy, that is unless you have an electrical schematic and a voltmeter plus posses the knowlwdge to troubleshoot the wiring.
