I found out how to take off the head rest. After a hour taking off the seat cover, there it was, one torx screw in the front of the seat frame about one and half inches from the top off the seat, pull down on the seat cover hard under the head rest there it is dead center. remove the screw and it pulls upward, also small clip just above that in a square hole to push in.
