Well, we had our second SAAB droped for repair, after a couple of days they called back saying SAAB Technical is aware of the problem and will not authorize them to do the turbo change. No money from SAAB no work by mechanic! The problem is not with the dealers but with SAAB or should I say GM. I, too, am going to discuss the issue with the service manager tomorrow then if necessary with SAAB. I'll keep you posted.
