I just changed my oil. I had been experiencing a sporadic flicker on my dash oil light, but after changing oil, the needle on my oil pressure guage swings wildly back and forth, and when I rev the engine above idle, buries itself above 70 psi. What's up? Oil level is fine. Should I be driving? I did notice that the cylinder head temp guage's light went out. Could this be related?
