1) you cannot add oil to the A/C system. It is sealed. 2) if it only happens when the A/C is on and it DOES cool the car, I would first replace the belt. I would also look at the bottom pulley. When you turn it on, it loads the engine and the extra load may be causing the lower pulley to separate. Best to jack up the car and chalk or paint a line from the outside edge to see if the outer ring rotates wrt the inner ring. If it is, replace it now before you get stranded.
