Davo:

AFAIK, you can only have the ECU programmed for a 'stock' size Saab
Tire/Wheel combo. You can;t program it for any diameter that you want.
So, the trick is to select the stock combination that's closest to 
the size tires you are buying. 

BTW - 17" tires = high pressure = hard ride & bouncy.
