You may need to check the small plastic non return valves mounted next to the water bottle at the front of the car between the plastic wheel liner and the wing. You get to it by getting under the front of the car and undoing the retaining bolts/screws which hold the liner on. You really need to use a pit or get the car up in the air. I am assuming the pressure may be low due to some malfunction in that area. There is one valve which splits of the water supply to the headlamp washer and the windscreen. Good luck.
