Subject: Re: Help! - 1985 900s electrical/fuel problem

I have an 1985 900, with about 270K miles. I bought it in pieces, installed spare engine, transmission, have everything running pretty good, including converting AC to R185 coolant. In the process, I replaced nearly all the wiring in the engine compartment, as the insulation was deteriorating in many places (turning to putty). Could you shed a little more light on the 'biodegradable harness' issue in 1985's?? Paul Johnson Pauljohnsonnopsamhome.net > You have a 1985 model.
