Thanx for the tip. I think I'll have it towed to the garage and have them check it out. I'm not sure I want to tackle the head stuff myself. Tried it once several years ago on a mazda and it didn't turn out well. I think I am encourage though that it my not be the block. I wish I had been paying attention to the temp gauge when I was driving!!! Hindsight 20-20!
