We have something called TrafficMaster in the UK which provides traffic conjestion reports.. Not fitted to Saabs but my last vectra had it and it was absolutely useless. This silly woman keeps talking to you all the time telling you where you are and how bad the traffic is. Less than 50% accurate and nothing much you can do about it once you are in the tailbacks. This connected to the phone connector on the Vectra so I assume you would need a similar gadget to connect the phoe also. ... Rob ...
