I suspect June is outside the allowed range of dates, so since we're talking about scofflaws anyway, I don't see how that could apply to legal stud use. : We : don't get but a couple of days a year with snow in Columbus, OH, let alone : hard pack or ice! It is always safer to stay home in treacherous conditions. Well, in Wisconsin, we have "treacherous conditions" for several months, non-stop. My boss wouldn't appreciate me staying home for the duration, I fear. It all depends on road conditions & climate. Dave Hinz
