Bingo, Dave! ;-) I have family and friends in Vermont, which gets far more snow than my beloved home state of Rhode Island (VT is a 3 - 5 hour drive, depending on where you go, and I go up for a lot of weekends in winter). You want your rocker panels to clear the snow, if possible. Plus I hit some dirt roads in the wood of RI and elsewhere sometimes. > The offer was declined. Driving on a road that has firmly packed snow can be fun too. It's dead silent under the wheels and you can "power slide" a little. -jw -- 1984 900 S hatchback Providence, Rhode Island
