Where I live it is all subjective. If you know somebody you get a sticker, same condition vehicle for someone else - fail! I ended up using bondo with less hardener and did it in the early am late pm when the sun wasn't beating down on it. Took a while for the stuff to set up but that's ok. Ready to go back to that inspector soon! > > ~J~
