The three cars I have owned have turned out to be grey (2 VWs -- old, old Scirocco and 1984 Jetta GLI -- and now the 1984 Saab). I didn't plan it this way, it's just what I ended up with. Of course Saab calls my current car burnt charred umber wood or something. But it's pretty much grey.
