Myron, what are you talking about dude? Vancouver is teeming with Saabs. Take another look in the Buy and Sell. If price is an issue, I would try to find a classic 900 (85-93) SPG (Special Performance Group) Turbo, which comes with a stock 170hp engine that can easily be modified to 200++! Newer cars aren't necessarily better or more reliable--they're often just money pits. If you really want to spend $13k+ on a car, get an SPG for $5k or so and drop $5k into mods like aftermarket rims, cross-drilled rotors and performance exhaust, etc., and yours will be among the dopest cars in a town filled with phat custom rides. Or you can buy my Saab for $2500. Put $10.5k into it and it'll look and perform better than that 900S had you so stoked.
