I'm afraid I can't suggest a garage, but Vermont is definitely Saab country so there should be no shortage of good local mechanics with Saab experience. We were in Burlington over the weekend and I think there must have been at least one 900 per block, if not more. (All looking like they had lots of miles on them, with the exception of a convertible parked by the ferry docks with the top down). Good luck in your move, Burlington is a great place to live. BTW, you may have to sell your Saab anyway to buy a boat once you've seen the lake!
