Again it is amazing how similar some of the posters to this thread are to a few of us, we also have 3 saabs, firstly a C900 87 base model, very underpowered but a good solid reliable car and fun to drive, lots of small annoyances but there you go. Secondly we have a 88 9000, just like the other posters have said, great build, comfort, ride, all the extra's eg sunroof, cruise etc, and my partner would not swap it for anything (maybe a ragtop :) if we could afford it) and we also make it first choice for long trips. Thirdly my "daily driver" is a 94 NG900, gee what can I say, it goes great, not one single problem with it in the eighteen months of ownership, pleasure to drive, very nimble, reliable, looks superb (has the right wheels) just recently did a very quick two thousand kilometer trip and it did not miss a beat, actually goes better now after the good run, I keep reading how bad my car is supposed to be and I look at mine and think I must have been just lucky, has been well maintained all its life I suspect. For a long trip for the two of us, well then we would probably take the 9000, if it was just me I would go for the NG, I agree with all previous posts but I can only relate my own experiences Cheers Lee Just Bob <uctraingnopsamanet.com> wrote in message news:6d62rtkqogrc9ae43713ln07fj46s9qom4nopsamcom... > On Tue, 25 Sep 2001 21:39:20 GMT, C Rode <crodenopsamdnet.att.net> > wrote: > > >You mean I paid for a Saab and got a Lumina?
