One thing they overlook is that owners of Saab and other "engineered" makes, are less tolarant of problems than buyers of some other cars. With my wife's Dodge, a certain amount of crappiness is expected, for instance. The Saab owner is more likely to complain when something goes wrong, because, darn it, it shouldn't. Then again, I have had some pretty bad reliability problems with my Saab; the clutch only went 200,000 miles, and I'm on my *second* set of brake rotors already. Shocking. Dave Hinz
