For the 9-5; I think the cable adjustment is also on the handbrake lever. open up the centre console storage pocket (Behind the handbrake) and take out the rubber floor at the bottom. There should be a 10mm (I think) nut on the back of the lever, can't remember which way it turns for tightening, but I'm sure you can find that out. But bear in mind, you should also adjust the brake shoes inside the drums before you adjust the cable. You can probably get away with tightening it up a notch though. If you want to know how to adjust the shoes, reply and I can post an explanation for you. Hope this helps Cheers Rich In article <pR_w7.6497$aM.828767nopsamc.telia.net>, HÂkan Larsson <perhkannopsama.com> writes >Is it no one how knows?? > >Hi. > >To adjust the handbrake on my SAAB 9-5. >I think it "take" one tick to high. >Where do I find the adjustment on the wire? >On the 9000 there is a adjustment behinde the >handbrake. > >Thanks in advance > >/HÂkan > > > -- Richard Chew
