Hi there, ya'll! I am thinking of replacing the front brake pads, rotors, and CV joints on my 1990 900 Turbo. However, I am a little confused about the special tools mentioned in the official service manual. Are these tools strictly needed? There is one to get the piston to retract, and one to hold the steering member away from the frame. This is only the second time I have done this kind of job, and the first time I haven't had a Chilton or Haynes manual to guide me! Thanks in advance for your sage advice! Jennifer D
